Returning an item – Damaged
In the event you receive damaged goods we will arrange a replacement item for you. However, it is your responsibility to notify us within 72 hours of receipt that an item has been received damaged (please see risk below).

On receipt of the delivery you, the customer, are responsible for those goods and any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk.

Firstly, our carrier delivers parcels/packages. Any shortages of them must be reported to the driver on receipt. Secondly, shortages of contents of the parcel(s)/package(s) against the enclosed Brissco advice note must be made within 72 hours.

Yes, the 110mm soil range will be compatible with the Polypipe 110mm range.
Can you use Floplast solvent cement on this pipe for a stronger connection?
Yes, solvent cement can be used on the plain ended side of this pipe. It must not be used on the socket with the rubber seal.
is this pipe suitable for cutting down in length?
Yes, the soil pipe can be cut down to the lengths required.
Can I connect a PVC soil pipe to a cast iron stack?
Many of our customers want to replace their old Cast Iron Soil Pipe with a new PVC system, but without the hassle of digging up the concrete to replace the drain connection. The answer is to cut off the cast iron at ground level, and make the connection with the specially designed D102 connector.
