Delivery Estimates
At Brissco Plastics, we strive to meet delivery estimates; however, these are approximate and subject to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses resulting from delivery delays, and time is not of the essence for delivery.
Planning Your Installation
We recommend receiving your goods before scheduling installation. This allows you to check for any damage or missing items before starting work, ensuring sufficient time to resolve any issues or order additional items as needed.
Local Deliveries (Bristol and Surrounding Areas)
Deliveries within the highlighted area on the map are managed by our own fleet of delivery vehicles. Please note that deliveries are not made on bank holidays or weekends.
- Free carriage on orders over £250 (excluding VAT)
- £15.00 carriage for orders under £250 (excluding VAT)
England & Wales Deliveries
Goods are delivered via carrier networks. Orders placed before 11 am will be dispatched within 1-2 working days, provided items are in stock.
Fascia, Soffit, Guttering, External Cladding, Drainage, Window Boards, and Trims
Orders under 3m long (excluding sheets wider than 1.2m):
- Lightweight Parcels under 5kg: £9.99 (exc. VAT)
- Free carriage on orders over £500 (exc. VAT)
- £15.00 carriage for orders under 3m and under £500 (exc. VAT)
Orders between 3m and 6m long (excluding sheets wider than 1.2m):
- Free carriage on orders over £500 (exc. VAT)
- £30.00 carriage for orders over 3m and under £500 (exc. VAT).
Note: For orders of fewer than five 5m lengths, we recommend requesting items over 5m to be cut in half to reduce the risk of damage.
Decking Orders Outside Local Delivery Area
Decking orders outside the local delivery area will be delivered directly from the manufacturer for a fee of £50.00 (exc. VAT).
Polycarbonate Roofing Sheets, Corrugated Roofing, Glazing Bars, and Canopies
Delivery outside the local delivery area is handled directly by the manufacturer for a fee of £21.00 (exc. VAT).
Internal Shower Wall Panels and Sheets Wider Than 1.2m
Delivery outside the local delivery area costs £40.00 (exc. VAT).
Scotland & UK Offshore Deliveries
Deliveries to Scotland and UK Offshore areas are available via courier. Rates vary by county; please refer to the checkout page for details.
Collections
Orders placed online can be collected from our branch. Goods are typically ready for collection within one hour, provided they are in stock. Please contact us beforehand to confirm availability at the Bristol depot. Note that we are closed on bank holidays and weekends.
International Delivery
We currently do not process online orders for delivery outside the UK. For international inquiries, please contact our sales team directly.
Returns Policy
- Damage: Notify us within 72 hours if your goods arrive damaged. Verify the quantity against the carrier's paperwork and note any shortages.
- Risk: Once goods are delivered, you are responsible for them. Report any transit damage, shortages, or incorrect items on the delivery consignment note.
- Incorrect/Non-Delivery: Notify us within 72 hours for incorrect goods and within 3 days of the expected delivery date for non-deliveries.
- Faulty Goods: Faults must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. Please ensure goods are properly packaged if we arrange a collection. Faults caused by accident, neglect, or misuse after delivery are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your order before a confirmed delivery date or dispatch free of charge. Under UK Distance Selling Regulations, unopened, original items can be returned within 7 working days for a full refund. You are responsible for return costs unless the item is faulty or delivered in error.
To cancel, contact our Sales Office at 0117 311 3700 and arrange collection within 72 hours. Refunds are issued within 30 days of cancellation. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
