2. Prices
2.1. Prices on brissco-online.com can be displayed with or without VAT using the toggle bar at the top of the website. Delivery charges are excluded.
2.2. Prices for goods on brissco-online.com may differ from those available at our Trade Outlets or other websites owned by us. We are under no obligation to honor prices listed in our outlets or on other sites in the event of discrepancies.
2.3. We strive to ensure accurate pricing information on brissco-online.com, but errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing error is discovered, we will either contact you to confirm if you would like to proceed at the correct price or notify you that your order has been canceled.
2.4. Any discounts or promotions applied to prices are valid only for the specified duration.
2.5. We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, and goods specifications at any time before your order is accepted but not after.
3. Your Order
3.1. You will have the opportunity to review and correct any mistakes in your order before finalizing it by clicking the "confirm order" button on the checkout page.
3.2. All orders placed on brissco-online.com are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse to accept your order for any reason without liability.
3.3. Once you submit an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email containing your order number and the details of your purchased goods. This email confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance.
3.4. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to insufficient stock, we will contact you to discuss how you would like to proceed. You can either wait for the item to become available, cancel the order per our returns policy, or opt for a substituted product.
3.5. Your order is considered accepted 7 days after the order date or upon delivery, whichever comes first, unless we have notified you that your order has been declined or cancelled.
4. Payment
4.1. The total cost of your order includes the price of the goods and any applicable delivery charges.
4.2. Payment may be made using most major credit or debit cards as outlined in the payment methods section.
4.3. You confirm that the credit/debit card being used is yours. All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If payment is declined by your card issuer, we will not process your order.
4.4. We are not liable for any charges that your card issuer or bank may impose as a result of our processing of your payment.
5. Delivery & Title
5.1. Unless you choose to collect goods from our Trade Counter, we will deliver them as per the delivery terms specified. We aim to deliver within the stated time, but delivery may take up to 30 days after accepting your order. Before ordering, please ensure we can deliver to your location.
5.2. A valid signature will be required upon delivery. If you do not receive all the goods within the specified delivery time, notify us immediately. Installation work should not begin until you have received and checked all goods.
5.3. For large items, delivery is limited to the exterior of the ground floor at the delivery address. You are responsible for any further transportation required. We do not offer unpacking, installation, or fitting services.
5.4. You are responsible for ensuring proper delivery access. If delivery fails due to your actions, we will attempt to reschedule within 30 days, but you will bear the cost of re-delivery, currently £30 per failed delivery.
5.5. After delivery, you are responsible for safeguarding the goods. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect storage.
5.6. Ownership of goods passes to you only when you have fully paid for them. Until then, the goods remain our property, and you must store them separately and identify them as our property if requested.
5.7. If a delivery fails, you must inform us within 7 days of the order date for re-delivery; otherwise, we cannot process a replacement.
6. Returns
6.1. Always keep your receipt as proof of purchase. Returns cannot be accepted without it.
6.2. For products delivered by us, you may cancel the order before delivery or within 7 working days after delivery by contacting us via email at Sales@brissco.co.uk or by writing to us at Brissco Equipment Ltd, 25 Cater Road, Bishopsworth, Bristol, BS13 7TX.
6.3. If the goods are faulty, we may offer repair, replacement, or a refund according to your consumer rights. Please contact our customer service for assistance.
6.4 Goods that are cut to size or cut down for shipping cannot be accepted for a refund or return.
7. General Conditions
7.1. We are not liable for failure to meet obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as acts of God, strikes, or government actions.
7.2. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed unenforceable, all other provisions will remain effective.
7.3. While we aim for product images and descriptions to be accurate, there may be color variations or size differences in actual products.
7.4. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from advice provided, except where required by law.
7.5. Our liability is limited to the refund of any amounts paid, excluding any consequential losses or business interruptions.
